Using CBD For Sleep

The amount of CBD you should use depends on your body: your weight, your metabolism, and the severity of your symptoms all affect the way your body processes CBD. 

In general, we suggest starting with a small dosage and gradually increasing it. For beginners, we recommend purchasing our 500 mg tincture and using half a dropper to a full dropper (between 0.5 and 1 mL) of CBD per day. This amounts to somewhere between 8mg and 16mg of CBD per day.
